Brief Introduction: Director of the Frontier Archaeology Research Center of Jilin University. Prof. Wang has joined the faculty since he graduated from the Archaeology Department of JLU in 1991. He has long been engaged in Prehistoric Archaeology and Archaeology in Xia, Shang and Zhou Dynasties, teaching courses including Xia, Shang and Zhou Archaeology, Ancient Chinese Bronzes, Introduction to Xia, Shang and Zhou Archaeological Literatures, New Discoveries and Up-to-date developments in Shang and Zhou Archaeology. He has undertaken a number of major projects granted by the National Social Science Fund, the research base projects approved by the Ministry of Education, and the New Century Excellent Talent Support Program of the Ministry of Education. Prof. Wang has published more than 100 academic papers, 5 monographs and archaeological reports.
